Security Guard Supervisor Full Time
Zed Developers, a leading real estate development company in Faisalabad with multiple active commercial, residential, and mixed-use project sites, is looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee site security across our properties.
We strongly prefer candidates with a retired defence (army/navy/air force) or police/task force background, given the discipline, command experience, and crisis-handling skills this role requires.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the on-site security guard team across Zed Developers’ project sites
- Develop and enforce security protocols, patrol schedules, and access control procedures
- Monitor entry/exit points, construction sites, and completed property areas to prevent theft, trespassing, or damage
- Handle any security incidents, disputes, or emergencies with a calm, command-level approach
- Conduct regular briefings and training for security staff on protocol and discipline
- Coordinate with local police and relevant authorities when required
- Report directly to company management on security status, incidents, and staffing needs
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and accountability of the guard team
Requirements
- Retired personnel from Defence (Army/Navy/Air Force) or Police/Task Force strongly preferred
- Prior experience in a security supervisory or command role
- Strong sense of discipline, punctuality, and accountability
- Ability to manage and train a team of guards
- Good communication skills in Urdu; basic English understanding preferred
- Physically fit and able to work varying shifts, including night duty when required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad
