Quality Control – Construction Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control:

• Develop and enforce unified quality standards and acceptance procedures for Bing Chun stores.
• Conduct full-process quality inspections and final acceptance checks on every franchise store, ensuring compliance with brand design drawings and construction specifications.
• Issue rectification notices for non-compliant work and track follow-up actions.
• Maintain quality documentation for each store, recording construction progress and inspection results.

2. Team Coordination & Management:

• Coordinate and dispatch construction workers and teams, allocating manpower and scheduling efficiently to keep multiple store projects on track.
• Provide technical briefings and process training to construction crews to ensure they master Bing Chun’s store standards.
• Evaluate team performance and establish a vendor management system to retain high-quality contractors.

3. Materials & Construction Techniques:

• Have in-depth knowledge of material properties, specifications, and market pricing to ensure brand-standard materials are used within budget.
• Supervise material intake inspections to prevent substandard or fraudulent materials from being used.
• Stay updated on new construction techniques and materials, providing professional recommendations for evolving brand standards.

4. Project Scheduling & Cost Control:

• Develop store timelines for each store and ensure on-time delivery without delaying franchisee openings.
• Assist in reviewing store budgets and keep costs within reasonable limits.
• Maintain effective communication with franchisees, designers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in building construction or interior/exterior projects.
• 1+ years of quality control or site supervision experience.
• Experience in F&B / retail chain store fit-out management is a strong plus.
• Quality control experience in a construction company is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

• Solid knowledge of construction techniques, work sequences, and technical specifications; ability to independently assess whether work meets quality standards.
• Strong on-site management and coordination skills; able to independently resolve quality and technical issues during construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings; familiarity with CAD or similar software is a plus.
