Personal Security Officer (PSO) Full Time

We are seeking a highly disciplined and experienced personal security officer to provide close protection for our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security operations, threat assessment, and executive protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide close personal protection for the CEO during travel, meetings, and public appearances
• Conduct advance security assessments of venues and routes
• Monitor and respond to potential security threats in real time
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times
• Manage secure transportation and vehicle security protocols

Requirements

• Valid arms licence (Pistol) and/or security guard licence as per local regulations
• Own licensed firearm (pistol) in good working condition
• Minimum [3–5] years of experience in armed security, military, police, or close protection roles
• Former military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Police) strongly preferred
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of responding to emergencies
• Clean criminal record and no pending legal proceedings
• Valid driver’s license with defensive driving skills
• Excellent situational awareness and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in VIP/executive protection
• Training in first aid / emergency medical response
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
