SA Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized data entry operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and timely processing of information.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update data into relevant systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Ensure the timely and efficient processing of data.
Verify the accuracy of data before entry to minimize errors.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Respond to data-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare reports, documents, and summaries as needed.
Adhere to company data privacy and security policies.
Assist in data analysis and ensure proper recordkeeping.
Perform routine checks and audits to ensure data integrity.
Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
Graduation or equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of experience in a data entry role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel & MS Word).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
